Factory 2.R Cylinderhead YZ65

A little different view was used when developing the RR cylinder head YZ65. Moving up from the 50cc, learning how to use the gearbox, kids need power to be usable but mainly smooth. For the more experienced kids we need a lot of torque and high revving engines. The development team came up with solutions fitting both riding levels. A combustion chamber shape is created giving a smooth strong and broad powerband with a sharp and responsive throttle response. a selection of different insert volumes gives the possibility of moving the powerband from the low to the top end suiting each riding style.
